IB Infologic is a leader in implementing Oracle Products, Hosting mission critical data of various customers and providing consulting service.
We are specialized in Implementation, Upgradation, and Post-Production Services for Oracle E-Business Suite, and other Oracle based Applications.

Our guidelines are the strategic and operational objectives of senior management. During the analysis we look at the whole business and design an implementation plan that will help our clients reach their objectives. The jointly selected projects will define the course of the implementation. We do not engage in quick fixes and will discontinue working if we do not see opportunities that will substantially benefit the business of our client.
 
We implement with our client's people - fast

We go beyond writing reports and giving general advice. As soon as the direction is agreed upon, we will start implementing. We build a relationship with our client's people and work all across organizational layers in cross-functional teams. Sustainable improvement can only be achieved if the people who use the new system have been part of the creation of it and feel ownership for it. We will deploy the knowledge and experience of our client's people in combination with our business transformation skills in the best possible way to achieve the strategic and operational objectives.

Due to the coordinated direction with the top management and our proven methodology and tools we are able to implement changes much faster than our competitors. The feedback we constantly get is that people were surprised how much they could achieve in a cross-functional team and that they never believed that so much improvement was possible in such a short span of time.
 
We quantify, measure and track results

We assign to each improvement initiative a clearly defined goal, percentage improvement and financial saving. Business decisions can then be made on facts in order to deploy the time we work with the client in the most effective way. Once an improvement initiative is implemented, we will install a tracking mechanism, follow up the results and initiate corrective actions if necessary.
We guarantee the results of our services. If by working with us the client does not recover their cost, we will refund the difference or continue working at no charge.

We transfer know-how and build a relationship
 
We will train our client's people in our philosophy and our approach using business simulations and case study exercises. They will apply the concepts and tools they have learned in real life situations in projects facilitated by our consultants. In the next stage, selected people of our client will perform the role of the consultant, i.e. doing further analysis, facilitating workshops, coordinating improvement initiatives, calculating results and following-up the projects. In that stage we will act as personal coaches to these people and move out when the process is self-sustainable. In order to reduce the development cost for our clients, we will provide all the training material and tools that the people have become familiar with as part of our service, including future updates
